Chaplaincy |
|
A Chaplain is one of the many
types of leaders and key players in ministry and religion. Many chaplains can
be found in hospitals, military bases, correction facilities or prisons, senior
and eldercare homes, hospitals, and workplace/industrial settings. Chaplains
are there to assist those seeking guidance, offering faith-based advice and
services. Chaplains are educated in a tolerant environment, open to various cultures
and religions in order to appreciate them so they are adaptable to their
particular location. In times of need, Chaplains are found to be a shoulder to
lean on, a rock of support.
