A professional with an Animal Training designation is capable of teaching pets and other animals many skills, from security, obedience and performance to care giving, health and search & rescue. The level of education for an Animal Trainer varies, but most have at least a certificate, and they usually have an Associate or Bachelor degree as well. This degree can open doors in both the private and nonprofit areas of business.
