Real Estate Management |
|
Real Estate Managers require state licensing before they can actually find a career. This can be completed by both education and experience. Most Real Estate programs range from certificates all the way to MBA degrees. Both the certificate and degree programs focus on aspects such as property development and management, ownership, financing, communication, organizational leadership, and public administration. Obviously, for those who are already in the field of real estate and want to move up, considering a degree instead of a certificate program may be the next logical step. Many licensed real estate managers can find careers as contract managers, customer relations managers and project managers.
